Cardno Emerging Markets USA Ltd., (Cardno) is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist for the upcoming USAID-funded Support Program for Economic and Enterprise Development in Mozambique. The program will seek to overcome barriers to private sector-led economic growth, with focus on development and implementation of sound trade and investment policies.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in relevant field
10+ years experience developing business associations, including capacity development, advocacy, and training
Extensive experience working with associations in advocacy and building their capacity to collaborate effectively with government officials on policy and legal reform
Experience working in Sub-Sahara Africa; Mozambique preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
English and Portuguese fluency required
